Today, we kickstarted the 4-day Women Accelerator Window (WAW IV) pre-selection bootcamp, organized by @nssfug , @MastercardFdn , and @OutboxHub as the lead implementer. This pre-selection bootcamp is designed to support the 66 selected businesses in refining their business strategies and perfecting their pitches ahead of pitch day. Several Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) are present, including @miic_ug , @curadincubator , @wituganda, @mkazipreneur, @SBIncubatorUG, @MUBS_Entreship and @InpactUganda among others. Early this week, we held the first Think Tank aimed at building bridges between Africa (Uganda) and Europe(Germany & Austria). The 3 day Think Tank brought together students from @MCI_Innsbruck and @Makerere to research and propose potential solutions to real life challenges across key sectors like Education, Agriculture, Energy, Manufacturing etc. This will inform key interventions to enable market access, technology transfer, capital and talent access for innovators and entrepreneurs between the 2 continents. #InnovateWithUs
