I wish I could tell 9-year-old Michael, 13-year-old Michael, all those sepia-toned Michaels that one day he'd write a book, and in a mind-bending context, it could reach out and tickle Stephen King's book. So cool to see THE OCTOBER FILM HAUNT here.

@NoBardamu @StMartinsPress Yes, that story was the origin, so to speak, but the novel is its own thing. It does fold the original story in, but with different characters and even a different horror movie.
