Truly one of the all time greats. Was an inspiration to so many of us….they broke the mold when God made Dick. We honored him in the Global Silicon Valley Hall of Fame but he honored us with his passion, his intellect and his goodness and we will forever be indebted to him.
I was sad to learn that Dick Kramlich, one of the founding fathers of the venture capital industry passed away yesterday. Dick was the founder of NEA and was a mentor to many of us through the years. He was a true believer in the magic of Silicon Valley and the power of optimism and long term partnerships. He showed up for his companies in good times and bad, and found a way to do so with a smile. Along the way, he helped shape our profession by teaching us the importance of putting founders first. May we all do our small part to carry forward his wisdom. Rest in peace, Dick!

The entirety of the Joe Rogan <> Marc Andreeseen podcast is fascinating, but please, please listen to this part. The abuse of power within unaccountable (and arguably unconstitutional) federal agencies has become so extreme the stories are almost unbelievable.
