We are looking for a talented Director, Customer Data & Insights, to join our Sydney marketing team. The role will use customer data and research efforts to inform, direct and evaluate our marketing practices to increase ROI and ultimately drive revenue for MCG productions. In addition, the role oversees all email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales activities, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and incremental sales opportunities. This role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s CRM and data initiatives are aligned with broader MCG business goals.
