@DakotaPjj @mihletshemese adhd quite literally does affect the simple things we do, itâs a neurological disorder that affects our cognition (i.e our attention, memory, thinking, perception etc) and behaviour, so it definitely can cause time blindness.

@ineedafreeko @mihletshemese adhd is actually common and a lot of the time goes mis/undiagnosed. thankfully due to development of neurological research and better access to healthcare, people are getting the attention and treatment they need. so no not everyone has adhd, itâs just more recognised.
