A few days ago I started my “journey” to get healthy. Not the usual eat right and exercise routine exactly, but all natural everything inside and on the outside of my body. One ingredient food and not putting anything on my body (aftershave, soap and shampoo toothpaste etc.)because what you put on your skin goes in your blood stream too. If you can’t eat it don’t put it on your skin. I’m also changing clothing to cotton and linen as much as possible. Frequency of fabric on your skin makes a huge difference. Most of what we buy today has the same frequency of a dying person. No wonder we all feel like crap. Im already noticing changes of all kinds. I’ll keep you posted.
