It also produced 2 chess world champions in recent years, including the youngest world champion in the history of chess. Indian caste system was basically a multi millennium eugenics project. Some Indians are just ridiculously smart. And the difference between the smartest STEM guy and the top 1% smart STEM guy is like x100 The last time a White guy won a gold medal at the Physics Olympiad was over 10 years ago. The US Math Olympiad team is full of Chinese. That's just how it is.
