This should absolutely get some thought. Attention to the long term outcomes of surgical should be a primary focus. Everything that may even slightly affect #Fontan circulation over years is important.
Data echoing a manuscript from last week, on #ECC #Fontan as opposed to #LT. Earlier and higher rates of cirrhosis (histology/hepatologist defined) in ECC. No advantage in #arrhythmia. Most 16mm conduits. Rethink current strategy? @mgoschu @ACTION4HF
