@UberEats interesting policy! My order was delivered to the wrong address yet Uber eats says delivering to the wrong address/failing to deliver my food is non refundable event. Shady company!

@UberEats I was just told by your customer service that it was my fault that your Uber driver dropped my food off at the incorrect address(correct address was provided). I was charged for over 100$ for food that was never delivered. Uber eats must be struggling

@UberEats strange customer care. I ordered, and the delivery driver delivered by order to the incorrect address. Instead of refunding me considering I never received the order due to the drivers fault I was told we are sorry, but we will be charging you. Is this really policy?
