@Gleason4plus5 I personally prefer using the hyphen but I see in several standardized terminologies in cytology they don’t (e.g., nondiagnostic). And of course when I explicitly tell Dragon “non-hyphen-diagnostic” it hears “none-diagnostic” so I just give up on the hyphen.
