Just wrapped up our last RAPID cohort of the year 🫡 We trained 90 RNs/NAs throughout the year and can't wait for more in 2025. What an achievement 👏 We are so grateful to be able to continue to develop and deliver this programme to enhance our surgical nurses 🙏 🎓

Still feels surreal to be one of the Top 10 Trusts who were nominated for the Preceptorship Programme of the year category at last night's @NursingTimes #NTWorkforce Summit Awards. That's amongst 168 finalists out of 500 nominations across the UK. To us, this is already a win. 💙
