Day late 🤷♀️. Invasive lobular is the sneaky sister of ductal breast cancer. It tends to form sheets, rather than lumps, making it hard to feel AND to see on imaging. It is a different beast, although it gets lumped in with ductal. We need more lobular focused research, incl evaluating those with lobular separately in clinical trials.

MBC is not a US problem, it is a global problem. A minuscule amount of research money is spent on metastatic research; increasing that will benefit all because what helps MBC trickles down and helps early stage and lowers the risk of even developing metastasis.
