Christ’s death is a sacrifice that, when we believe in what He did, replaces our failed (and sinful/corrupted) attempts at humanity. He lived a 100% righteous life and would have lived forever if He wasn’t killed - because He was WITHOUT SIN (corruption). But His death - His life - covers our failed attempts. This is the blood meaning. It goes back to the Passover, when God’s wrath was unleashed, but He didn’t send His death angel to the Israelites who had blood marking their doors. Doors, tents, houses, buildings also symbolize the soul. God allows us, SO mercifully, to graduate this place if we believe that He sent Jesus as a cover for our sins, and repent. Repenting is a CHANGE from darkness to light, bad to good. Practicing self control and being merciful, etc (fruits of the spirit Galatians 5:22-23). Be good. 👍🏻
