One alum swearing in another. Columbia, TN Mayor Chaz Molder (JD '09) recently swore in another Memphis Law alum in Richard Matthews as Columbia's newest City Judge. Judge Matthews is continuing a family tradition; he is the 3rd generation to serve in the judiciary.

We were saddened to learn abt the tragic passing of law school alum Donna Fields, former judge & prosecutor in Shelby Co. She served as judge for the 30th Circuit Court Division 7 & after retirement went to the DAs Office, focusing on animal cruelty cases

Our @TigersAthletics football team is in Frisco gearing up for their Bowl game, but that didn't stop them from taking part in graduation! In a special ceremony presided over by our very own Prof Lynda Black, 15 players were conferred their degrees while in Texas. Go Tigers Go!
