Just to be clear: whilst it's the same product, @melcourtltd Topsoil in 20L packs is Endorsed by @The_RHS, but in bulk bags it is not.

@melcourtltd thankyou for sorting out with no quibble the issue I had. I will always check in future how old a product is before purchasing from the garden centre. Again excellent customer service when not in fact your fault.

Happy Birthday Mog! (This twitter's granddaughter is 10 on Thursday so it's virtual everything for us too!)
