Another crazy week done, new pathways created, LocSSIPs created, take them to governance next week. This is a good week. Does anyone else feel rewarded when they tick a job of their priority job list. Satisfying. I can have a rest this weekend. Annual leave next week- fully needed ❤️

We have had a lovely morning in paediatric outpatients, started with breakfast with the team and lovely huddle, then moved on to Gynae Outpatient and Assessment Team, where we had lunch, and all the team have the biggest smile on their faces, morale is high, patients seen with smiles on their faces, what a lucky leader I am. Thank you and merry Christmas from all of us in Paediatrics and Gynaecology 💙❤️
