@EurekaForbes @cbharat41 You must be joking, no case manager has updated anything. Everything we call customer service (now 8-10 times) they promises this will be the last time we have to call, but NO action. I think the reps are laughing, behind our backs, at our frustration.

@mumbayite @EurekaForbes Facing the exact same situation. Filter working fine, Aquaguard team calls to arrange AMC service, starts leaking after service done, and empty promises by @EurekaForbes during four days of followup. Second such experience. Pathetic.

@shah_shriya1 @tcookin Thomas cRook canceled a trip after confirming it, cost us the visa, flight, and some extra hotel night cancelation fees. Pathetic, unethical company charged commission on the forex refund. Have put negative reviews on their Google map Mumbai locations. Can do so for Delhi.

@rickykej @airindia Thank you for posting this. This is not an isolated incident as the airline apparently clams. I, too, have experienced running from pillar to post at the Delhi airport when a flight to Mumbai was 'canceled' but actually a smaller aircraft substituted at the last minute.
