@AartikSarma Good thought about looking for pulmonary contusion! No evidence on initial trauma survey, but I wonder if repeat CT would have revealed it. TTE showed normal LV and RV fxn, but my suspicion is that this was from blunt chest trauma causing transient abnl conduction.
