We're launching the Monroe County Land Bank Corporation (MCLBC) to revitalize vacant properties, boost affordable homeownership & strengthen communities. Funded by $1M in ARPA resources, this tool will expand housing & improve neighborhoods countywide. 🏘️
Every vacant home is a lost opportunity. With $1 million in ARPA funds, we’re launching the Monroe County Land Bank Corporation to turn abandoned properties into affordable homes. This is how we fight blight, expand homeownership & rebuild our communities.

Thank you for leading MCIDC’s Annual Meeting yesterday, County Executive Bello!
The MCIDC loaned almost $3M to local small businesses, funded 6 workforce development programs, and facilitated more than $100M in tax-exempt bond financing for projects at St John Fisher and EMH charter school in 2024. Thanks to the MCIDC Board members for their time and talent!
