@HmkSuma77431 @ntvuganda Sections 2 and 3 of the Marriage &Divorce of Mohammedans Act restrict an Islamic marriage to both persons professing Islam. Probably the Shiekhs want to celebrate a legally recognized marriage under Laws of Uganda.
