Now they'll take yet more paid days to catch up / plan / relax whilst EIS members lose a day's pay.

On 3/4 - I was 13st 5 and it took me 26mins to *run* a 5k!
12 weeks on, there over 4 minutes off that time, I've managed to run a sub 50min 10k and my first half marathon! Managed to shift over a stone in the process 🏃🏻♂️

Today we lead a LAY UP focussed session, which included REPETITION PRACTICE, PRESSURE PRACTICE and CONDITIONED GAME. We spoke about using QUALITITATIVE and QUANTITATIVE information to MONITOR the effectiveness of practice. We used an adapted TRAINING DIARY to RECORD our session.
