My knees are replacements and I can stand, walk and sit fine. Found out this week, if I'd had Japanese Knee Replacements I could kneel as well. Never knew that was even a thing - won't try kneeling!

@lady_doi I live in Southport and have worked with both community centres. Local people, the families and emergency services were very thankful for the visit - which would have been emotional for anyone.
