@HodlMagoo Magoostrategy sells shares to buy shares of $MSTR. It is the largest publicly traded company to add $MSTR to their balance sheet. Last quarter they achieved a 24% yield of $MSTR stock. Investors want exposure to $MSTR but are not allowed to so they buy Magoostrategy instead.

@kerdoscapital For some reason the markets assign them a 10 FWD PE. I think an AI HPC deal will bump that up 3x. So add in the earnings from the deal and it’s north of $100 depending on the deal, much higher. We could wake up and have an OpenAI deal for the full 1.4GW.

@awilkinson One thing I find interesting is the CEO keeps bringing up paying dividends. For a miner this is unheard of. Its more on the lines of a datacenter REIT. I think long term that is what they will grow into and at that point the PE will be much higher. This is explosive growth.

@mikealfred I’m happy to buy $CLSK and $IREN at almost their net asset values. Whoever is selling does not understand what they own.

@mark_gizz @Umbisam @FransBakker9812 At some point they can pay for it from the profits or loans as they move away from bitcoin mining. Banks will not lend to miners but are jumping for a change to lend to AI stuff. But yeah a little dilution is one way of getting there. $200 or $100, I'm still happy.
