Just wanted to add to this. If Chloe holds forward after ss4 gets blocked, she will block any i15 moves. i14 and less still work.
5 moves you shouldn't let LUCKY CHLOE get away with
Although no punish message pops up, you can punish Chloe's Sidestep 4 with a move up to 15 frames. That's because she ends backturned and takes a few extra frames to turn around and block
