We’re making green borsch tonight. All the good stuff: onion, carrots, celery +celery root, leek, whole baby potatoes, and, of course, a boatload of sorrel. Dill, cilantro, green onions for garnish, and a dollop of sour cream. Served with crispy sourdough. 👨🍳 thnx
