@misha_saul What a narrow minded view. Works, does not mean works best. The gsm phone network worked, why did we need 3g, 4g, 5g? Dial up internet worked, why bother with ADSL & optic fibre? The world of business & corporate governance is about continuous improvement. Why not government?
