As far as honor/veneration is concerned, no you cannot. She is due highest honor/veneration in all creation. However, she is NOT due latria/adoration as this is reserved for God alone as the Most High. Mary is not the Most High and we are well aware of this.

The only way to think that Mary and Joseph having sexual relations is if you deny everything I just said about God becoming Incarnate in Mary's womb. But since God did become Incarnate in Mary's womb, suggesting that she engaged in sexual intercourse is the HEIGHT of blasphemy.
