Very true. Growing up 80’s and 90’s in the south - we nearly had racial harmony.
These days kids are very stressed about race and it’s not productive. And it destroys culture.

State DOT’s require the position to plan traffic patterns. Goes hand in hand with road design, bridge design, and city planning.
