I joined @redstone_defi almost 3 years ago because of @MarcinRedStone and over time I am more and more certain that this guy just does not loose over long enough time horizon - grateful to have the opportunity of working with him closely!
That’s the first message I got from @mattgurbiel. He wrote a long one with all the relevant links and files to apply to RedStone. We didn’t have any non-tech positions open at that time. He called himself a “one-man army for whatever GTM will be needed”. And he has been nothing else. One of the moments that defined not only RedStone’s growth but also vibes and culture was getting him onboard. I will once write a longer post on what it meant for the organization but let me for now leave it with this. Seeing him grow exponentially in our organization is one of the most gratifying things from my journey building RedStone. Matt, you are a beast.
