Struggling for ideas?
Take more showers.
Just kidding.
Be bored for a while.
Your mind will necessarily come up with something interesting to not go rotten.
Want money for Lambo's and beach view resorts?
Those are cool - yeah
I want money to buy expensive $2,000+ courses
We are not the same.
(Ok, I want the fancy resorts too)
I write every day.
• For clarity
• For curiosity
• For creativity
Writing makes you better at thinking - and learning.
I would do it even if it wasn't my job.
If you write copy or content for somebody...
Do this:
- Learn strategy/funnels
- Get good at offers
- Nail brand voice
Don't just write words.
Overdeliver.
Are you AI? No?
Ok... be actually
Start with the end in mind.
If you're mindlessly chasing:
• Likes
• Money
• Followers
You're just going to get nowhere fast.
Define the life you want to have.
Or you will end up successful & depressed.
Cheating on your diet is fine.
Slacking off for a day is fine.
Missing a workout is fine.
You are not a robot.
What you do most days is what matters.
Remove the guilt and get back on the horse asap.
Social media has made competition harder than ever.
Gotta be on your A game.
• Sales
• Product
• Marketing
Good news is if you stand out and overdeliver...
You will easily conquer the top.
556 million users on Twitter - most are looking at memes.
2.49 billion on YouTube - most are watching cooking recipes and Mr Beast.
Email? 4.26 billion people use it daily... for business.
Where do you think you should build?
I’ve failed more times than I can count.
• Fail rapper
• Fail developer
• Fail philosopher
• Fail music producer
• Fail husband (jk I'm the best)
Why? Cause I gave up.
Only way to fail is to give up.
“The path to success is lonely”
BS.
Society led you to think that.
You want permission to be antisocial.
Success is helping others and letting others help you.
Got blessed by a shi* ton of insight from the legend

In fact...
He gave us the keys to a state-of-the-art spaceship.
Probably gonna crash it into earth.
Beware.
If you set goals related to outcomes and tie them to an arbitrary timeline…
You will live a miserable life.
Make sure you set goals related to things you can control.
Get on the sales call
Even if you don't intend on buying.
Get on it and learn what strategies they used
How they frame and present their offer.
Just be selfish and learn.
Learn the fundamentals.
Master them.
Over and over.
Bake them in your mind.
Keep making it harder than it should be and you'll simply die from overthinking.
I used to work extra hours on the weekends.
Double-pay was nice and I had bills to cover.
It's the same now.
I won't engage or write tweets.
Only double-pay work.
Otherwise, it's time to chill with the missus.
Your business needs a why.
If you know your why - you have a story to tell.
When you have a story to tell, people can relate to it.
If people relate to your brand - they become loyal.
Start with the why.
Writer’s block sucks.
And… It’s not real.
• Embrace the suck.
• Write whatever comes to mind.
• Get the crap out - the good stuff will come out.
Always works.
Compounding effect can make or break you.
• self-doubt
• overstressing
• social isolation
• negative thinking
It's easy to forget how quickly those build up.
Treat them fast.
There’s no limit to your potential if you:
• Write every day
• Visualize your goals
• Work smart & consistently
What limits you is that internal voice saying “you’re not enough”
My favorite Naval bit:
"The three big ones in life are wealth, health, and happiness.
We pursue them in that order but their importance is the reverse."
What's yours?
Fighting with impostor syndrome and self-doubt?
This is for you.
I want to share an insight from a book I'm reading.
It's quickly changing my perspective on mindset and the psychology of success.
And I honestly never thought I'd get so much from a self-help book written by a
If you've ever wondered what is the next level to content creation...
It's content philosophy.
Got to listen to
@TaylinSimmonds
expose today.
Simply mind-blown.

Even if you don't intend to post or publish anything
You should write daily.
Writing gives clarity to your thinking.
And thinking will grow you rich and set you free.
If you are not where you want to be:
- Analyze what does not work
- Iterate on what does work
- Repeat
Don't quit ffs
Just stop doing the same thing over and over.
Want your writing to be distinct?
Read medieval philosophy.
Read 19th century novels.
Read greek mythology.
Or just be your damn self.
That's much easier.
The best way to explore a new city is to get lost in it.
No plan — just exploring.
The best way to explore your ideas is the same.
No outline — just writing.
“You should NEVER work for free”
Don’t listen.
If you’re starting from 0 and want to offer a service…
Worst advice ever.
The only way to get good is to do REAL WORK.
No amount of study or practice can replace it.
You want to think better? Write
You want to help people? Write
You want to be a master? Write
You want to be a leader? Write
You want to be free? Write
You can achieve better results, with less work.
How?
- Simplify > Optimize
- Add the right constraints
- Focus on what moves the needle
This is the path I'm taking to build that freedom biz.
The best stuff I've read always had the same effect:
It sparked significant change in my life, my actions, and my thoughts.
This is your job as a writer.
Being the spark.
