Agreed, and youth coaches should listen up too. The future of neighborhood football is in the balance. Engagement with your student athletes that need it the most is more important than ever!
Opting not to allow out of season coaching is a mistake. The privileged will seek private options and others will have nothing. Regardless of the sport, kids need contact with their coaches for emotional health!! This is not equitable or wise
