Even some farm animals got a Halloween treat this year. I got this clip this morning at Josef Buttigieg’s farm where he delivers frozen pumpkins to his livestock. He collected nine tons of jack-o-lanterns through donations after Halloween this year.

Regina Fire says two were found dead on the second floor upon entering a house on Winnipeg Street near Victoria Avenue.
Fire crews were originally called after smoke and flames were seen from the home.

I’m at the scene of a duplex fire in North Central this morning.
The acting Assistant Chief tells me two people were trapped inside but escaped when firefighters knocked down the door.
Nobody was hurt. There is no cause of the flames yet.

Intersection of 14th Avenue and Rae Street completely flooded. Vehicles moving slowly and people heading out with rakes to clear the drains in between rain bursts.

Not even two weeks ago two other died after a fire on Rae Street. Some people are standing out here watching the flashing lights. They tell me they want to know the cause.
RFPS responded to a fatal house fire 2100 Blk Winnipeg St at 12:39 am. Flames and smoke from the home on arrival. Crews made entry and located 2 occupants on the 2nd floor who were declared deceased on scene. RFPS remains on scene. Fire is under investigation.

Just a heads up for drivers, you will have to find a different route to work. The road is blocked off on Pasqua Street North while fire crews complete their work. I’ve seen at least 25 drivers make a U-turn this morning.

He has been trying to get city crews to take down an abandoned house before it posed a safety problem for his neighbourhood and others.
That house is where two people were declared dead at after it caught fire this morning.

This morning you may have woken up in the dark. There’s a pole tilted sideways on 13th Ave and Osler St. SaskPower says they got a call around 6 a.m. about the outage. 4255 customers are without power. SaskPower is still determining the cause of the outage.

Confusion reigned in Oxbow on Thursday as RCMP officers descended on the southeastern Saskatchewan town without an immediate explanation as to why.
