@chrisdwhelan Fabulous to see! This will be a treasure trove of proteomics data. As a genomics lab, it’s important to leverage NGS-based proteomics, using a method that can work across a wide range of sample matrices with tools we already have in the lab (and we have a lot of NGS machines!)
