Maybe talk to a young person with gender dysphoria. Maybe hold them in your arms and cry with them. Maybe help and support them on their journey. Maybe respect their choice and you might understand this “gender nonsense”

Do you want to be involved in resisting the gender nonsense percolating all aspects of Irish society?
Well, you will be highly constrained in your contribution should the ‘Hate Speech Bill’, currently before the Seanad again in September, pass.
If, for example, you wish to tell
❗️Today I secured an unprecedented €72.8 million in funding for Mental Health in Budget 2023. This represents the largest Mental Health Budget in the history of the state, for the third year in a row, since I took office.

I wasn’t sure about publishing this,a text I received this morning. However as we debate the horrific murder of Ashling in the Dail the abuse continues on an hourly basis, not even a daily basis.

Cannot believe the video circulating on social media, where a young person is physically attacked, kicked & beaten apparently by school students, in our country. Sickened, shocked and so upset for this young person, and their family. What have we come to as a society.
Hard to believe it’s been 25 years since we said goodbye Dad, not a day passes that I don’t think of your words of wisdom, so lucky to have had such a role model 💔
Delighted to meet
