15 years ago today I went to my first

gig. FIFTEEN!
My lingering memory of the night was the crowd spilling out into Trafford after the gig, singing the Viva refrain over and over with no thought for the poor residents.

I know it’s become a bit of a joke, but I totally get why Chris gets as many lalalas as he can in: everyone can sing along, even those that’ve been dragged along to a gig with their loved ones and don’ t really know the songs. Lalalas make songs more accessible and bring them in.
