@spkeene @LeicesterTigers I agree. I was all for getting rid of McKellar when stability was needed and also for getting Chieka in, in the ‘hope’ he would stay longer. Just feel longevity should be high on the criteria list this time and mitigate the likely risks of someone leaving - unless sacked! 🤣

This is hugely disappointing. Zac Taylor’s seat will not be as hot as it should be at the start of next season, if the new DC is someone that cannot take over at HC at short notice. Largely rules out the possibility of an in-season firing.

@invictusmaneo83 I also like the two guys they interviewed yesterday, Graham & Covington who have done good jobs on their side of the ball at poor sides. But neither would be able to step up to HC if they fire Taylor mid-season next year. ZT is on a very short leash for me if he keeps his job.
