At tonight’s council meeting we received a report on the need for a domestic abuse refuge in DLR. A difficult read, but essential to have such clear findings. It confirmed the need for 22 units immediately, rising to 24 with projected population growth.

We need to take steps to create a more empathetic and compassionate workplace and provide leave when it matters most.
