A policy is only as good as those entrusted to implement it. No amount of reform will work if leaders are unwilling or incapable of executing it effectively. SHA needs competent leadership, accountability, & a commitment to service over corruption, & self seeking @DrPatrickAmoth.

Mango harvesting Ndutumi Kiharu. The county has been aggregating mangoes from farmers and selling to manufacturers. Farmers earnings have risen from Ksh 3 to 23 Ksh per Kg. Private players going directly to farmers have been compelled to adjust their prices upwards

Blatant disregard of patient rights and @kUCOofficial limiting service delivery, if not corrected this remain a mirage. Poor governance and chronic cartels in the @MOH_Kenya are the hindrance to any meaningful reform to realise the UHC.
