We couldn’t have dreamed of buying ballers like this just 3 years ago. We’ve come a very long way since Radz bought the club from Celino and I wish people would remember that fact. He has the potential to be better than Raphinha 😳 #lufc.
Luis Sinisterra to Leeds, here we go. Deal confirmed, documents pending and then it will be announced. Feyenoord will receive €25m with add-ons, while Sinisterra has already agreed personal terms. ⚪️🤝 #LUFC . Tyler Adams will be official soon. Deal already done, £20m total fee.

@brontecottage @carldinnen I’m not sure the billions of Bengalis he left to starve will forgive his ‘human flaws.’ We can revere the war leader whilst simultaneously confronting the fact that he was thoroughly unpleasant in almost all facets of his life.

@LordCFalconer My word. That response, from a government that would like everyone else to watch their tone, demeans the role she has.

@MarkOgden_ And yet both of them outplayed the two who play for the more illustrious clubs. Do you feel stupid, now?.

Unusual for Fiona Bruce to let a Labour politician have the floor like this. @lisanandy did us proud!.
Suella Braverman is wrong. Multiculturalism isn’t the problem. But we know what the problem is…. #bbcqt

@georgeIufc @LUFC @primevideosport Yes, she is. We won five straight games heading into lockdown without conceding a single goal. Lockdown slowed us down.

@GaryLineker Bigger picture. Threaten the players and there’s a chance they don’t want to play for those shitty clubs. It’s not fair on them, but ultimately they are a club’s biggest commodity.

@Kenneth78622007 @PippaCrerar Sometimes abstaining also sends a message. Many of the abstainers are strong allies of Russia. When they don’t vote with them, that’s a statement in itself.

@ffsDH_70 @FootyAccums The only trait he shares with Richarlison is the fact he always looks angry. Otherwise he’s remarkably humble and hard working.

@JohnnyMercerUK You’ve presided over a huge increase of relative poverty and a shameful expansion of food banks. You’ve frozen and cut benefits. So no, Johnny, you do not have a proud record in fighting poverty and improving life chances. You’ve directly caused poverty!.

Just gonna say it. I’d prefer McKennie to Ounahi. A good World Cup does not a great player make #lufc.
Talks ongoing between Leeds United and Juventus on conditions of Weston McKennie deal. Discussions also on player side over personal terms. ⚪️🇺🇸 #LUFC. The other option for Leeds is Azzedine Ounahi from Angers.

@SteveHaylesALAW @GNev2 He always comes across as a genuinely nice guy. Some Leeds fans need to remember there’s life outside football rivalries. What he did for homeless people during lockdown already marks him out as a top human being 👍🏻.

@_ConservativeEd @OwenJones84 @JohnnyMercerUK This tweet sums up everything that is wrong with the Tory Party. Mercer doesn’t get a free pass on his terrible voting record in parliament by what he did in a previous life. Us mere mortals, judging by your tweet, should just doff our caps to our ‘betters?’.

@bendepear @Channel4News I’ll generally be one of the first people to defend the BBC and what it (currently pretends) it stands for. But this needed to be called out. The Tories have infiltrated them at senior level in a way that’s verging on dangerous.

@LiamMintzlufc19 @LUFC @tyler_adams14 Every PL club has been posting about their non-English players on their feeds when they are performing for their countries. It’s not that deep.

This thread sums it all up. And it’s not just HS2. We are lagging massively behind most of Western and Northern Europe when it comes to electrification, too. And when we try it, it takes fecking forever to even get the vegetation clearance started, let alone the rest 😑.
All the focus on HS2 is on what happens next rather than the last 10 years. Whatever decision is made there are serious questions about the competence of the British state and successive administrations that a 330 mile high-speed train line has proven (apparently) impossible.

@LUFC Others may disagree, but I think this is a really good move for him. He’s a no nonsense CB who will fit in perfectly at Millwall and I’m sure he will come back a better player for the experience. Give it 2 years and he’ll be our first choice CB and maybe even Captain 👍🏻.

@patriotic_ally @MichaelLCrick It was a condition of the government bailout. It was imposed on the mayor by the government. They want people to think like you do because there’s a mayoral election next year.

@SimonClarkeMP @MikeBrownGaz That safe space would have been his Wife’s brother, who lives in London. Categorically not his parents, who live 260 miles away. It beggars belief that you lot are desperately protecting one man when you almost all forced a scientist to resign.

@Josepi28 @JeffStelling @LUFC @primevideosport It isn’t a good observation because even the season before last, our running stats were just as good. We just couldn’t score the goals that our domination of games merited, then had 50 minutes of mental madness in the 2nd leg of the play offs.

One thing I’ve not seen anyone talk about after our win is the referee. But just thought I’d say I thought Michael Oliver was superb. Probably the best refereeing performance I’ve seen in any of our games, this season. I only wish this was the rule, not the exception! #lufc.

@JHoltMartyn @PhilHay_ @TheAthleticUK Does he? He’ll be signing a 5 year deal, no doubt. Plenty of time to make the fee worth it. Stop putting unnecessary pressure on the guy. That’s what killed him at Man United. Let’s not do the same thing.
