Absolutely true. @pmwesige It is a relief that the Uganda Parliamentary Reporters Association has clarified on the circumstances under which the said money was received.
@Codongtho I literally spent half the day telling friends on different WhatsApp groups that this is exactly how disinformation works. The authors "engineer" information building on a few facts to paint what looks like a plausible scenario. Very often they play on people's existing biases.
