Halfway through the week and have clipped 3 aneurysms, resected 3 tumors in addition to a contralateral interhemispheric transfalcine approach for ventricular cavernoma. Elegant approach with minimal brain transection. Great things happening at @PennNSG @JanKarlBurkhar1 @visishs
