Successful people have a greater fear of failure because they are afraid of losing it all. Thank goodness we are just getting started! Today marks the official 30-day countdown to my second book launch! I’m in a completely different place than I was when I wrote my last book.

I'm not sure what happens to all the other millions of boys, but I know something has to be done, and we had to be the ones to do it. This weekend, we gave hundreds of boys a dream: to be recognized, celebrated, and awarded for doing what they love—playing ball!

Football: The Impossible Dream! Only 180 of the 1.5 million boys playing organized youth football in England will ever play a single minute in the Premier League. That's an average of just 0.012%.

It's not about changing the perception of people; it's about creating a narrative for future female leaders from the most deprived communities.

Even today, a black female CEO of a football club seems like a myth. I am not usually this vocal, but I understand why I need to share more of what I do now.

Growing up, our role models were female rappers on pirate TV and radio stations, making certain outcomes and lifestyle choices inevitable. There were no visible female leaders in STEM, and Heads of Strategy were nonexistent.

Yesterday was the ladies' walk to No.10, the UK Prime Minister’s office. We marched to submit a petition for the girl child’s equality. We once again demonstrated our street power. This was thousands of ladies that followed us there in real time! #PastorTobiMarch #SPACWomenMarch
