Just spoke with a friend who told me that a goalkeeper is only allowed to touch the ball once in a penalty shootout? Is this correct? The reason why I ask is that when the Liverpool goalkeeper saved Mason Mount penalty the ball was spinning towards the goal & he stopped it.
