Same in Slovakia. Hospitals were receiving incentives per patient that died on 🦠, incentives were given also to hospital workers. Many patients died with 🦠 but it wasn’t the primary causation… money caused all this madness 😢

I am not making any excuse for the cyclist being in the middle of the road, but the driver did speed up and left the scene of the accident which is a felony.
