@pedrospective @levelsio it's kinda hard to do shoulders, legs, rows, etc with bodyweight only works well for chest back biceps and abs with push ups pull ups and leg raises

@jarredsumner @shadcn this feels like trying to do too much, which is the reason I went with bun over vite in the first place - which feels like an amalgamation of poorly documented features and magic tricks, while bun is simple and just works

meal prep is a health cheat code - cooking is so time consuming, but relatively inelastic to quantity produced, so why not just cook two dishes at large scale once a week and have most meals taken care of for that week it's a lot easier to resist uber eats and co. when you can just reach for the tupperware but you have to put some effort into being able to cook well and not too unhealthily pictured is baked gnocchi with tofu, cherry tomato, olives, feta cheese, and chickpeas and chicken curry with coconut milk, tomato puree, some expensive brand spice mix (important to not cheap out on ingredients) and basmati rice on the side

now the way this happened for me is I just went for a particularly long run before going for the unhealthy meal, and naturally felt a bit sick some time later (I probably would have anyway) but there may be easier and simpler ways of inducing discomfort at a gut level without any health impact
