@JoelHar98342856 @atrupar Well, say in the US-if you sell your business for retirement only your gain is taxable. In Cda only 50% of the gain is taxable. Like everything there are ways to minimize-long term vs short, invest into RRSP's to reduce income etc. But in the end it is certainly not worse here.
