The issue in Europe regulation is not better processes or better middlemen, it's about REMOVING processes and intermediaries!
Let us be clear. We will oppose clauses that make mandatory to use notaries in the 28th regime/EU Inc Be sure that notaries plan to use all their power and network to force themselves to Europeans and into EU Inc Email MEPs, speak up. Often the Member States with notaries defend that nonsense
