@rajeshlalwani Where is the inventory in Delhi? It's all in GGN and Noida region. Demand and supply will continue to set RE prices. Change of leaders won't have any impact, unless air cleans up etc....

@QuiddityQuerist @htTweets Prices rise 200 % and come down by 15-20 % ! That's not much of a correction, to make homes affordable.

@IndianREI @htTweets No one wants to work with low margins. Even the government. Their astronomically priced land auctions reflect, they too want to extract the maximum out of their owned assets.

Hyderabad's Gachibowli and HITEC City - impressive! No surprise all FAANG cos have set up their GCCs here, alongside global biggies, Deloitte , Novartis. With no FSI restrictions, the area has become a hub for residential development, characterized by modern high-rises. A plethora of local developers offer apartments at prices that remain competitive compared to other top-tier Indian cities Decent infrastructure - world-class airport, ORR, Metro. But infra is beginning to show strain. Traffic during peak hours crawls, highlighting the need for proactive upgrades. Unchecked hill cutting & rapid urbanization are raising concerns about water & air quality. The Telangana govt must take decisive action to address these issues & ensure Hyderabad doesn't go the Bengaluru & Gurgaon way . #Hyderabad #TelanganaRising #realestate

CLEARLY - there's a reason behind rising launches in premium & luxury segments, while launches of affordable-middle income projects shrink ! "The number of affluent households surged 86% while lower middle-class households fell 25% this calendar year compared to 2019, according to Kantar's 'India at Crossroads' report. #realestate #housing #HousingMarket #India @CREDAINational @NaredcoNational

@chokhani_manish The more you tax the more luxury goods buyers will dodge buying it domestically. They are, after all, frequent global travellers as well.
