One piece usually drops 3 chapter a month with a average of 12 pages 12*3 would be 36 pages, a average boruto chapter would be 41 pages which would be about 3 and a half chapter if dropped weekly.

The art is not bland idk where u got that Shi from and maybe if u got the physical volumes u would see that they do indeed have double spreads sometimes ikemoto said himself he doesn’t really enjoy drawing them so that’s part of the reason we don’t see em often
