On a recent ROP screening, we met a preemie baby with Stage 5 ROP who had lost sight—an avoidable tragedy. 💔 Parents of preemies: please ensure early ROP screening of your preterms Help Mama Tulia make this life-saving service free for all. 💜 #ROPawareness

Today, we screened 50 preemies and identified 8 with ROP. While 6 require urgent treatment within a week, 1 will need monitoring, and 1, unfortunately, has irreversible blindness. Your support gives these babies a fighting chance. đź’Şđź’ś #PretermLivesMatter #ROPawareness
